So I’ve been going to this office since 2017 when I found out had breast cancer I have never had any problem until now. I have congested heart failure due to the chemo treatment. My heart function is at 25%. My iron level is at at 8, which is very low. Which can weaken my heart evening more. I needed an iron infusion ASAP. My insurance approved my iron infusions, but the Office deny my iron infusion because I owe $150. I only owe $150 because they under charge me my co-pays from 2022 until 2024. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. If you value your health and your life, do not use these people. You'd probably be dead before someone returns your call after calling them a zillion times with no answer. Not sure which I am more upset about, the lies that someone will call me back to reschedule a virtual appointment after I had showed up to the previous one and waited 30 minutes and no one joined or the fact that they don't answer calls. The nurses are top notch but even as excellent as they are it is an impossible task to make up for the short comings of Dr Nguyen. A very unpleasant experience overall. Doesn't put any effort at all in even pretending to care for the patient. I have dealt with mechanics who were changing my vehicles oil who had better bedside manner. What a joke!
Dr. Nguyen is never on time from what I hear and is always late. Not sure if it’s worth noting but I think health and timing are pretty important
