They need to fire the lady that draws blood. She will barely put the tourniquet on your arm and then proceed to, obviously, have a hard time drawing your blood. If you complain, she will refuse to draw your blood the next time you need labs done. You’ll have to go to the outpatient clinic at Regional, which isn’t far away but it’s still a hassle having to get the paper from the clinic and then drive to the outpatient lab.
