Be warned: if their nurses and their equipment fail to properly draw your blood for a phlebotomy on the first bag/needle, they will charge you the full price for a 'second phlebotomy' while they grab a new bag and stick your other arm. They will then double the price of your phlebotomy when they send it to insurance instead of doing 2 line items (as to not draw suspicion from the insurance company). Not a pleasant experience fighting them to get our bill reduced to a non-gouged number.

We were required to make $100 copayments for office visits on October 31 and November 14, 2023. Insurance paid these visits at 100%. I have contacted this practice twice requesting our $200 credit and was told by Carolyn in billing that she was very busy and couldn’t give a date as to when it would be refunded. We still haven’t received it. My husband has since moved his treatment to another oncology practice.

The doctors are awesome and do a great job! Just one small problem I’ve had! With the radiation treatments! That I believe could have been avoided 1000%! My throat is in horrible condition and my advice to anyone seeking treatment the likes of which I had! Which was chemo and radiation to the neck. Should think very hard before they agree to it!
