I had an exceptional experience from start to finish at Once upon a wedding. The service was wonderful, and the team made me feel so comfortable, special, and confident throughout the entire process. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect dress. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to any bride-to-be!
The overall experience at Once Upon a Wedding was spectacular. From a private room and sweets with celebratory sparkling juice, to signing an actual wedding dress with my name and wedding date, they made sure I had the best bridal experience. The staff has a high level of expertise when it comes to picking out dresses you might not normally try on, but end up absolutely loving. I would highly recommend shopping at Once Upon a Wedding to any future brides!
Be EXTREMELY cautious on their sizing suggestions. I asked them if going up too large would cause issues in the top part of my dress and was reassured over and over again it would be fine. $500 in alterations later and my worst fears came true the top part of my dress could never be fixed or altered. Leaving me with a size 12 top, when I am a size 2. I scrambled and took it to 3 more seamstress after the first alteration and was told they NEVER should have ordered a dress in the size they did and NEVER reassured you it was f... read more
