Overall I don’t think I would go back. Went in for a second opinion and still felt like I had a lot of questions. Even though we waited in the room 20mins for the dentist to check her out after the hygienist, it felt rushed. I didn’t get a cost estimate sheet for work needed. I asked at the desk and they said they could email it to me. Then proceeds to ask me if I want to make a down payment for her appointment and schedule. The best pediatric dentist! The staff is kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment you walk in. They make kids feel comfortable and at ease, which makes every visit stress-free. The office is clean, organized, and runs smoothly no long waits! You can tell they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond. 10/10 recommend!
The dentists are both very detailed and professional. The only issue is their billing they told me the amount I needed to pay prior to the procedure and I paid in full, fast forward a year later they are charging me more for that same procedure stating the insurance did not paid all of their percentage, when I asked for explanation the front desk rep didn’t have a good explanation. I brought my 6 and 4.5 year old for their routine check up. My 4.5 year old was initially so scared to go to the dentist but walking in, was already comforted by the decor, books, friendly tv show, and games on the wall. It’s not like a typical dentist office. The rooms are decorated by theme which made it so fun and when getting X-ray and cleaning done, the dental hygienist was so patient, kind, and would explain everything to comfort him. So happy to have found this office. Dr. Serena and Kelly were absolutely amazing with my autistic son, who is usually very terrified of going to the dentist. They were both incredibly patient, calm, and understanding with him, even when he was being very difficult. They truly took their time with us and never made us feel rushed or like a burden.
