Ivy exceeded my expectations this weekend. The setup was stunning! I’m very picky when it comes to decor and this was exactly what I was looking for. I loved every bit of it and so did our guests. Communication with Ivy was also very easy, she was very responsive both via text and email. The staff were great and extremely helpful the night of the event.
Security and bartender helped them self to the food being served for party. Bartender was drinking out of our beer. Called a bartender but only to ID people and open a beer bottle? Very small bar... not worth being charged for that kind of service nor include anything such as ice or cups. Table cloths were already somewhat stained and had small pulled stitching Which Management bragged about. Its a table and you eat on a table. My baby shower experience was absolutely beautiful and perfect! From the stunning decorations to the attentive and kind staff, everything flowed so smoothly. The photo booth was such a fun highlight and made the day even more memorable. Every detail was so thoughtfully done, and I couldn’t have asked for a better celebration to welcome our baby boy. The only thing I found to be difficult was parking. Street parking for a banquet hall in Chicago was a surprise and struggle. Otherwise the smaller banquet hall was set up beautifully and came with security.
