What an unbelievable experience I had with Yael and the others at Once Upon a Frame. They will take care of anything you need and are extremely knowledgeable in their craft. They have earned a customer in me for all of my framing needs for the forseeable future
Amazing Good people with good vibes I was their yesterday
I needed some art framed same day and they blew it out of the park. I talked to Jim and told him that every frame shop I called turned me down, said “it’s not possible” and “no one can get that done in a day”. To which Jim responded with “we’re crazy bring it over”. I went over the matting with Yessenia and Sophie cut the lacquer wedge for the frame. Yael was super nice and knew the exact look I wanted. The whole team was amazing and it turned out great! It was near closing time when I was told I could come by to evaluate a unique framed art from Lahaina Gallery which fell causing the inner frame to come apart. I loved how Jim and Yael brainstormed to avoid having to take the delicate frame completely apart. The whole team is kind and professional...the "old school" vibe. The repair was immaculate but the service was priceless! I can't thank them enough for preserving my art!
