Horrible place staff was rude. Lack of respect, went their multiple times only to be treated disrespectful. Was only trying to help figure why not, since this franchise sold works off donations. Had clothing with tags still on it. Will never go back.
I used to love this place when they first opened. Like others have stated, they give you almost nothing for nice clothes and don't take more than half of what you've got. I encourage someone to sell on marketplace before I do this store. They aren't very friendly at all either, I don't know what happened over the years..also I've seen several outfits and junk in there that they have accepted. Prices gone up, I don't know how they manage a 5 star rating from anyone. Would give 0 stars if I could.
The fair skin lady is rude and unprofessional telling an employee that my kids old clothes wasn’t washed and had no tags on them but to make a false statement saying the clothes wasn’t clean is not truth and messy if you ask me never will I ever bring them business again nor spend my money at this establishment ever again.
As always it’s been a pleasure visiting once upon a child! This franchise/company thrives solely on individuals bringing in their used clothing. Today we drove over an hour to bring our clothes in which I wore id never do again after the last experience I had. Didn’t get all the way through the door before the man told me sorry we aren’t taking clothes were way to backed up we just started doing this!!
