I have boys and I can find everything I need for them. The prices are affordable and the clothes and shoes are used, but in very good condition. I recommend this place. ☺️
Never been so frustrated with a secondhand/thrifting business. Our experiences are with the Scottsdale and Glendale locations. We wasted weeks trying to get a replacement strap for an item they first said they could accept if we ordered and attached that part. The Scottsdale location staff's words verbatim were, "you can definitely bring this back and sell it if you just call the company, provide the serial number, and just get the new strap." I had a terrible experience at Once Upon a Child in Glendale. The employees were incredibly rude and acted like they couldn’t be bothered to help. On top of that, the prices were way too high for items that looked like worn-out, overused junk. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good deals or decent customer service.
