As a mom trying to be practical and save money, this was honestly a disappointing experience. This was my first time selling, and while the process itself was explained clearly, I came in at 6pm and wasn’t warned that they’d only have about an hour to review my items. We had a terrible experience today selling. When we walked in, the wait time was listed as 15 minutes (only one person ahead of me). I was with my wife, newborn, and toddler, so we ran errands for an hour before checking in on the status since we understand it can take longer to sort sometimes. When we went to check, our bins hadn’t been touched, but clothing from other sellers who came in after us were being sorted. I love this place! Prefect to find any size and style at a great reasonable price! Everyone is very helpful even being extremely busy. Store is so much nicer adding the extra space!
Before today I had never been here and only came because my friend said they had some really cute clothes for cheap and omg I fell in love with the store thye had a lot of really good stuff. And all of the staff is really nice. The young lady who check me out was Victoria and let me tell you she made me feel very welcomed there she was amazing and has this really comforting feeling to her. Very disappointing experience. I brought in clean, good-quality clothes, and they told me they couldn’t accept them because they had stains. After checking my items myself very carefully, I honestly don’t agree with that assessment, and my clothes did not have any stains. It felt like a waste of time and not worth the trip. I would rather donate my clothes than bring them here again. I would not recommend this location for selling. If there were an option to leave zero stars, I would gladly choose that instead.
