Waste of time. I’ve shopped with them for two years. I tried to sell baby equipment that was sitting in the garage. It’s laughable that they wrote “bring back.” What mom in this current world has time to “wash” the items and “bring back”? I’m not lugging all of that by myself AGAIN. I was always under the impression that Once Upon a Child cleans and sanitized the items after purchase. Amazing, I got sooooo much stuff for 75.00. Go there. Brand name stuff for cheap and a lot is on clearance.
I went in at 3:41pm on Sunday 12/20 to sell items due to running low on Christmas money for my children. I was told by a blonde employee that they stop taking items at 4:00 to go through. I informed her that it was 3:41p, she then told me that she was finishing what she had and wouldn’t be taking anymore. As I was walking out with my items another employee hollered “first come first serve”. Very rude employees.
I hate to say this about a locally owned small businesses, but the reality is, every business owner has a choice to require masks or recommend them. State law DOES NOT require masks if you can maintain 6’ distance and this one decided to force her beliefs on customers with no concern for others who do not agree. Went to another store up the street and had no issues. I hope they change their position as they are loosing many other customers just like me. I do not recommend shopping here.
