They have pretty nice clothes. Some of them are even new, it’s a real bang for your buck!
Used to be better than it is now. We've brought a lot of stuff to them, some brand new items they wouldn't take. Brought shoes only worn once or twice they didn't accept but have worn out shoes on the shelf for sale. Toys they wouldn't accept because missing something, but had a Barbie dream house with nothing with it on the shelf for over a hundred dollars. Won't be bringing them stuff anymore.
They open at 9 but kept me outside till after 10 cause she wasn’t done opening her register 🙃
At the beginning of the year, Once Upon a Child was a wonderful store to frequent. When COVID-19 hit and the store closed they reopened with a teenage manager. The Facebook page now looks like a child posts to it and employees that have begged to work are not put on the schedule. Text messages and phone calls go unanswered. I'm very disappointed in the downturn of events of a store that was once the only store that I recommended to new and/or expecting moms.
