Bought my daughter a big girl bed today and she couldn't be more happy. The girls who work there were very helpful as always. I love this store <3
I recently came in to buy an arms reach co-sleeper from here. The employees helped me figure out how to get the one side to drop and even helped me load it into my SUV. They were super helpful and patient!
I brought my son's bassinet in and was told it was in top shape as it was. My son only slept in it for a few short weeks. Nothing was wrong with it. They gave me $30 for a bassinet they later sold for $90. Each and every time my sister goes to the store they try and give her next to nothing. I have made more money selling my stuff on my own. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I only visit this store when I come to my dad's house which isn't often. The girls who work at this store are morons and can't handle a nasty customer. Just yesterday I was in there and the young girl had an attitude because she didn't know how to deal with my question . Then, the blonde, taller girl is a ditz. The girl Bianca is very sweet. Please hire or retrain your staff. I'm from South Jersey and the people there are SO much nicer and actually care about their customers. Here in central new York -- not so much.
