Don’t come sell here! It’s 26 degrees outside and was 11:42 they told us we couldn’t wait to inside wig our items to sell but must wait outside in the cold. We left the items inside and waited outside. Once it opened at 12 the lady in the front said she would not allow us to be seen until all the others outside as we had our items inside and not outside with us. Completely unacceptable it’s to cold for this and unprofessional!!!!!!
I am extremely disappointed not once do they put on their you website that customers can sell til 7pm to THEIR discretion! I go in from the other side of town get there at 6 for them to tell they stopped buying then when I say that’s Unprofessional they say first come first serve?! Lmao! Where does it say that?! I love shopping at Once upon a Child. But this Once Upon a Child is not good. The prices are high. Other than clothes items are missing pieces- which is "normal" but the price is high and then inconsistent. The customer service reps are slow to respond to a customer is ready to check out, even though there are plenty of workers. I won't go into this Once Upon the Child anymore.
I agree with the other reviews about the horrible customer service especially from the management and employees in front as cashiers and buyers. Seems like they buy clothes mainly from their personal friends and family. Employess are very rude and act like customers annoy them meanwhile manager is aware of situation but doesnt care. People are not friendly. Their clothes are not nice (no gently used), Wich is weird because when I have taken new clothes to sell they don't buy it for some reason. No worth of the time to go there.

they used to be a really good store but this year it's so different they hardly have anything good and they raise all the prices I remember I used to get a bag full of stuff for less than $50 now your going to spend way more than $85. Used to sell my stuff to them but now they low ball you not sure if the owners has changed or not but I can get the same stuff at Walmart or Target brand new for the same price.
We went today to get baby stuff for a new grandbaby. The staff was unbelievably helpful. Got everything we needed for exceptional prices. Will definitely come back!
