Please consider offering your customers a bathroom again. I have been a very faithful customer for over 12 years. I buy almost all of my children’s clothes from you all. Tonight, my freshly potty trained 2 year old had to go to the bathroom while we were shopping. I was told the closest bathroom was Hardee’s. Why would you not offer a bathroom when you’re selling things for young children?! Edit to add-I completely understand due to COVID; however, I was told this was going to be a permanent change due to the new owners.

New staff, better staff, nicer staff, staff that takes pride in their appearance, staff that greet you, speak to you throughout your transaction, make eye contact, and overall don’t appear to hate their lives. I will NEVER go back here again .EVER!

The prices are way too high for used items that they pay very little for. i get making profit but most of everything they have I can get brand new for $1-$2 more!!! I actually paid more for one item than it was bought for just because my babys father through it in the buggy because he thought it was cute, but if I would have been paying attention I 100% would not have bought it!!
This place has gone downhill since it was sold. Employees were extremely rude. The store is dirty. We took a ton of toys in. They offered us 12.00. The toys probably cost me over 100.00. Do not waste your time.

been selling to them for years sometimes they take nothing and others they take almost everything but everytime it seems like the more they take the less they offer me. took a big red tote full of toddler and kid clothes boys and girls and about 6 pairs of shoes some name brand some not and they took more than half the tote and only offered me 30 bucks. Like I know you guys make more than that offer your loyal customers more money. after all we are the ones who keep you in business.

We love our customers and we’re so sorry you feel that way. The average price of an item in our store is $4.50 and we pay out 25-50% (depending on brand and size) 25% of $4.50 is $1.13 so we on average pay a bit over a dollar per item. If you recall, we have our dollar day sale all the time which means we’re sometimes even selling our items less than we bought it for. Hope that helps!

Me and my wife went in and tried to sell my daughters pack n play at 6:01 and with them closing at 7pm we didn’t know we had to be there before 6 to try and sell but the cashier assoc was ok with it upon me taking the pack n plays in there the assistant manager was just nasty and rude to me and my wife both and said next time we needed to be there before 6 about 10 times.
