I will have a slight Karen moment and while I want to apologize ahead of time, I shouldn't. One would think things get cleaned once recieved into the store, idk the process on clothes BUT for sure I'd think at least toys get wiped down. Now apply this whole Covid19 situation and you'd expect a daily wipe down of surfaces and toys that are at least not on the top high shelves. I am so sorry this happened. Thank you for letting us know. We do have strict rules about cleanliness of items we purchase. And we spray things down before they go to the floor. Unfortunately, we are human and miss things at times! This will be addressed with our staff. We process thousands of pieces a day in our buys and we hope to catch everything before going out to the floor. As in this case it was missed. I’m very sorry!

I went on December 12 to get my baby twins girls some outfits bc they were born December 9 and they were so so tiny and I’m so glad that I got to find so beautiful 😍 preemie outfit for my girls and at a very good Price I really recommend it they have a lil bit of everything and at a really good Price
I liked Once Upon A Child before, but since the new management and new location I LOVE it. It's my favorite resell shop to sell to and buy from in Bryan-College Station. It has a great selection, reasonably return policy and shopping carts that my toddler can fit in.
wrongful accused of stealing when i had a basket full of clothes about to check out! 3 police cars pulled up! i have always sold clothes to them and have store credit wirh them! never have i stole from them or felt so embrassed! i have always loved this store and have been a faithful customer for the longest! so upset that they did this!!
They have a great selection and everything is organized and clean but I'm not sure what kind of air freshners they have there but it is WAY too much. It was almost unbearable to be in there it was so strong.
I have a 3m old & 11yr old I always find good deals for both & the clothes is always clean I almost all my baby's clothes is from here! I love OUAC
