I bought a bouncer with sounds from them a month ago and still had the receipt. Granddaughter sat in it one time and hated it. Took it to sell so I could buy a swing (from them) to replace it. Store said they couldn’t buy it back because they said there was mold on it. It is in the identical shape and condition as when I bought it. I have been coming to this location of Once Upon A Child for over 15 years and 4 kids. The staff is amazing and always friendly and helpful. They are always offering specials and coupons on their already great deals. They don’t treat you like a customer they treat you like family.
Been to this store several times. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Great prices on everything. I'm usually able to find exactly what I'm looking for. Great place overall!
Store smells. Staff is slow. Clothes sold are stained and have an odor. There’s a reason they’ve been trying to sell it for years. Head down the street to “kid to kid” for an overall better experience and better quality items for your money.
