I appreciate they keep their buy counter open during events and they are so quick!!! We stopped in to sell and didn’t realize it was an event day. We usually go to Brandon and their buy counter is closed like 75% of the time and it’s an all day process for them to look through your bin. I didn’t love that the reason for passing on clothes they said was because two pieces were missing the other piece when I had them neatly all stacked with each other. Every single location I've been to even in other states, to sell to them is crazy. They want items to basically look new and give you hardly anything for the things they do take. Yet you go and look at the things on the rack and they look no better than what you bring in. I got $22 for a bin full of toys. Not worth it. years later...still not worth it! Didn't take clothes that had barely been worn, a diaper caddy, nike shoes. Tons of toys!!
So visited this place because I didn't want the baby clothes to go to waste and figured someone would be able to use the clothes my Toddler GREW out of, but noticed this place is just like Goodwill. Yes they offer you money or store credit, but that's little to nothing. Dropped off clothes and some clothes were NEVER WORN, and my son GREW from a 2t to a 3t in like 4 months. Staffing was so rude I asked about the my item. They said they gave me a call to pick up never did they call me .They need train staff members how they speak to customers
I was near the store with my daughter today, so we decided to stop in. I sold some items to cover the purchase of my new item. The deal was fair. The merchandise itself was very difficult to shop because everything was jammed in, and there didn't appear to be any method to the madness. Dresses were crammed behind other items, making everything very hard to shop. Normally, I'll stay and look around more, but it was challenging, especially with a stroller.
