Sadly, this is not the place to sell items anymore. I was there on February 20th. I'm tired of the condescending “you're items are perfect so we can't pay you one dollar for it”. I will NEVER sell to this chain again.
It was my first time visiting All About Kids. I loved that I was able to sell some of my daughter’s items and get money back, and the store was so clean and organized that I easily found new things for her. However, the customer service was very disappointing, especially as a first-time customer. I wasn’t aware that the bags cost $2.50, and the cashier was extremely rude and didn’t even count my change back to me. Because of that experience, I dont even know what to do think to be honest
My daughter and I had a great experience at this store. We came to shop for my granddaughter on a major sale day; it was so busy but staff answered my questions politely and even made a suggestion that helped tremendously. I made out like a bandit and will definitely return.
Great place to obtain children items at a decent price.
