From not adding points to my account, to charging me $10 for $1 onesies and insisting i was lying, when the bar codes did not lie. I highly suggest making drive to another store or using a consignment shop.

I brought in over 50 items to sell that my daughter had never worn. They claimed they were stained or not good sellers. They weren’t sure which was the case. They only bought 7 of my items. What a joke. Also they took over 4 hours to look through one laundry basket of clothing.
Please update your website to reflect that you only take baby clothes no older than 2 years. We sorted through many boxes of clothes to make sure things were under 5 years old as stated on your website and free of stains, etc. from our baby girl. We brought in 5 boxes of clothes, waited an hour for them to be reviewed only to receive just over $8. For the 3 items kept, I did think the amount was fair, however I wasted so much time preparing clothes that we not acceptable based on the information on your website.

Just a shout-out to Susan who works at this location. She is so sweet, professional and helpful each time we visit. Exceptional customer service skills when they are hard to find in this day and age. We always look for her when we make the hour drive to Monroeville. Well done Susan!!!!
