Have been to other kids resale shops in the area and this one is the best in my opinion. The prices are so reasonable and the staff is very friendly!
I had a great selling and buying experience at this location. It was my first time there yesterday. Meghan was a great help to me the entire time and Jill as well. She let my daughter play with a kitchen set while I shopped for her.
I used to live by the Monroe location which i loved and was a frequent shopper/seller. Moved out here and have tried this location about 3 times and i have to say it is overpriced for used clothes. And overstuffed racks make it hard to shop. I understand that Troy is looked at as a higher scale city but if I can buy brand new items for cheaper then there's a problem.

Today we went to Once Upon a Child for some fall/ winter clothes and coats! I have a large purchase and my 3 year old has an accident. I was treated very rudely and then denied a " plastic bag " to put her soiled clothes in�. I do not think they will get any more of my business! Very glad this happened before I paid!
Love once upon a child ...my sister's introduced me and wish we had one closer ...(Eastpointe roseville area) but definitely worth the drive ...very kind staff also ...very inviting ...even have a section for kids to play while you shop ;)
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Will never waste my time again at this location. I waited hours for $14 dollars. When I asked why she didn't take something with NO FLAWS, she couldn't even give me explanation.
My favorite resale shop for the kiddos! The owner is very nice and I can always find something!!!
This is my favorite consignment shop locally for kids clothes! The staff is amazing and always asks how the kiddos are doing when they aren't with me. They go the extra mile to find a special request and their prices are fair. They have a broad range of brands and all is great quality. I've always been a consignment shopper for my kids, and will shop here first. I do wish they had a better shoe selection. Often the shoes being sold are worn and a little too dirty.
