I went a half hour out of my way to drive all the way to this location. - Due to their 20 onesies/ bodysuits for $20. Once I got there and picked out what myself & any other normal human being would consider a “onesies/ bodysuit” I proceeded to checkout. Well come to find out that any PAJAMA ONESIES, any body suit that DOES NOT have the specific “onesie” collar around the neck then it is not considered a “ONESIE”!! Hi Lilly We are very sorry for any confusion! Our bodysuit sales have always been only for the the snaps/flaps and the tag must say $1.50 bodysuit! We were offering 30% off the infant sizes as well. Durning this chaos and time of self quarantine, my son out grew his pajamas. I have barely left my house. I reached out and got a response pretty quick. They sent pics, I chose what I wanted, paid though invoice and picked up with in couple hours!!! The lady brought out my bag and I was on my way back home. HIGHLY recommend this location!
Hello! I had a great first experience! It was like a treasure hunt for my son and I and we loved it! It was my first time making a drop off and the staff was VERY helpful and honest with me that it would be much more than an hour turn around. That was difficult for me since I come from a little over a half hour away but it worked out for me to pick up the remainder of my clothes and get store credit for the rest that was excepted for my next visit. First time moms and growing children- come check it out!
I’m not going to lie based off previous reviews I was a little intimidated to come in here today I figured would be busier with the onesie sale. But the lady at the front I’m sorry I’m horrible with names I think Nida? She was fabulous. I told her it was my first time she told me where to find the onesies and she was as kind as can be. We will for sure be coming back!
I dropped a huge box of clothes on Monday and the lady who attended me told me that I had 48 hours to pick up my stuffs. When I returned on Wednesday I found that they donated all my children’s clothes and they didn’t even give me the money for the clothes they picked, they gave me a store credit for $15 dollars. I was a regular client at that store, but from now on I’ll never invest a penny in that place. They take advantage of their customers. I do not support dishonest places!
I have been an avid shopper for a few years, after my most recent trip, that will be the last time I ever shop there. The employees are not aware of what they are doing, there is no transparency when ringing up items...so you don’t know until after you pay what you are being charged. I left the store with $10 of over charged items. Do not send me any more texts or emails about your so called sales. Not interested in anything going on with this store and the new management.
