Very picky about what they buy I have bought things on occasion here but I do not sell anything to them. They are so picky about what they accept that it is not worth the trouble. They will reject something on the basis of very a very small pill on the clothes. Then I go over and look at their racks and they have things with stains and pills on them hanging on the racks. The employees are not friendly.
Horrible Customer Service Clothing Quality Questionable My experience both shopping and selling was very poor. Customer service was horrible. The staff was very unfriendly, not very helpful and preoccupied with each other rather then helping the customers. The store had little to no name brand items. Try it !! Not a bad store for trading stuff, You can find some really great items here for babies up through teenage sizes. The expectant Clothes, toys, accessories and room decorations and since they are used you get some really good deals. They are really picky when they take any stuff. They would reject if they feel the item is not worthy.
Better off selling them toys than clothes... I brought in a whole bunch of my daughter's toys that she's outgrown. I had 8 items and they gave me $42, which satisfied me enough. Better than throwing them away... But a few days later when I brought in 2 bins of gently used, season-appropriate infant clothes, they only accepted 10 items (for $12) and sent me back out with 2 bins of clothes. OK but discrepancies in quality I have consigned and bought clothing here. For a consignment shop, it is pretty clean. Store is large. Some employees are nice, others don't really acknowledge you, but that's fine by me. Consigning: This place is OK if you've made up your mind to get rid of some nice items and stop by on the way to Goodwill. BUT if you think your items are worth something, sell on ebay instead. VERY picky! Poor customer service. This place is VERY picky. I brought in a lot of brand-new brand-name tags-still-on baby clothes that they wouldn't take. I was surprised compared to what they have on the racks! The girls working behind the counter barely speak beyond what is necessary for transactions. You're better off putting your stuff on e-bay.
Rude staff I shop here for my daughter's jeans, they have a decent selection, but I have to say that the girls that work there need some customer service training, because they are just down right RUDE! They are more interested in socializing with each other and if you question something they get defensive and rude like there is no way they could be wrong. Strange odor? Them or me? Took in a bin of clothes today. They turned them away...They told me they had a strong storage odor and they couldn't take them. Um...straight out of my son's drawers and to their store... I couldn't distinguish between the storage odor in the bin and the storage odor in the store. Smelled the same to me. Told to go home and launder and bring them back. No thanks....I'll just hand them down...tags and all. I'll continue buy from there, but selling to them is a hassle and a half.
