I love this store. I am from Franklin ,TN. I come to Louisville to visit a friend often . My first stop is always this store to buy toys for my grandsons. The Franklin store in Cool Springs does not compare . I also bring toys to sell and they buy them. The Franklin TN store needs to take lessons from this store . The lady that helped me yesterday was very nice and helpful. The store is organized and clean.
This place just plan out sucks any more! I think they are way over priced on used stuff and the manager is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I haven't shopped in there more than 1/2 times since she's been there and I used to shop there almost every week.
Customer service is horrible. All the employees were rude and basically rushed me out the store. Why are they letting these woman work with their nasty attitudes definitely bad for business. So I won't be going back..
I went in today to get my son some Jean's and they didn't have a lot he liked so he picked two pair and they said 8.50 and one said 6.50 when I got up to the counter she said these aren't the right tag's they are 14 dollar Jean's I said well I didn't switch nothing you seen my son tried them on and we came to check out. She was rude and basically said I would do something I would NOT DO So I won't be going there anymore.
