reasonably priced!!! Besides the fun experience of shopping here, the used selection is pretty good not huge but good and reasonably priced. The clothes were all in good used condition. They are so friendly and personable, they offer complimentary gift wrap that is always so cute looking, and they have a variety of things to offer. I love that we can splurge on things and also find great deals on used clothing as well.

incredibly nice! What an amazing find. The owner is incredibly nice and takes her time to help you find what you are looking for. Be prepared to spend some time in here, it's a treasure hunt! The prices were really fair and it was not over priced.. I was really happy that my nephews loved the items!!
Good and Bad I brought my clothes in, and the owner?manager? insisted that she get the hand cart to help me with my second bin, I thought that was an unusually nice gesture. I got 1.50 per item which is the usual. They would not let me see how much they paid per item, which leads me to believe they paid really low for some of my items. I started to look around the store and one of the workers came up to me and said that for future selling I had to bring in only in season items, above 24months. Great Toy Store Once Upon A Child in Salem is not only good for clothing but it's a great toy store. Whenever I have to go to a kids birthday party or baby shower I go there because they have great prices and a good selection. I just never thought of this place as a good toy store until now!
A cute place for kids! Once Upon a Child really has the cutest selection of children's clothes available in Salem. Their store is wonderful and has plenty for the kids to do while I shop. Their clothes are wonderful and they always have something new and great to give to your children. Please go see for yourself.

Not good quality I never find anything I can use. I took a whole tub of brand name clothing and they wanted to give me less than 50 cents for each piece, I would do better having a garage sale
clothes are at a fair price i like that they sell name brand clothes at a decent price. But they need to work on their customer service skills. The employees are not the friendliest and seem like you are bothering them when asking a question. I like shopping there for the clothes but dread the sales clerks. And when consigning clothes...they are not very nice and won't give you a price for each item. I hate that. It would be nice if they would tell you what each item would get. So, I don't know.
