Awful awful experonce selling quality used items here. Made me launder my clothes 3 times and still wouldn't go through my clothes because ONE item in the whole basket didn't get thoroughly dried! After telling them they could donate my clothes because I didn't want to drive across town for the third time she told me they don't donate the clothes and would just throw them in the trash! How ridiculous is this! Nice quality clothing straight to the trash. I will tell everyone I know NOT to come here!
I shop here for all my Grandchildrens clothing. Great selection. Nice clothes for a reasonable price.

A local favorite of mine for good quality used merchandise. This store is great for new parents on a budget. If your baby outgrows an outfit before he ever gets to wear it you can always go to Once upon a Child and exchange it for something he can use!
Bad customer service! – I had a stroller on hold and I went into pay for it and they had sold it to someone else. When they put something on hold for someone they keep it on the sales floor, rather than pulling it off. It should be first come first serve. They did not even seem to care.
