I personally find the staff to be very friendly, I go once a week & have never had anyone rude to me but have heard customers being rude to the employees & the employees are still friendly! My friends & family all go to the Raleigh location & we ALL agree every experience has been pleasant!
Awesome prices! Lowest price on NEW Melissa & Doug puzzles I've seen & we all know how expensive they can be. Staff very helpful & I was very pleased with what they bought from me. Most get upset because their items are not all bought but I understand they have guidelines & only so much room for items.

I had the same problem as the other reviewer. I bought books and they only took off for the books that cost the least amount... and they did the same thing with the buy2 get1 free jeans that I bought. Be careful, they will ring things up to squeeze every penny from you when you think you are getting a deal and then its not at all the deal they advertise. Wish I had read about this warning before I bought the jeans and books in Spetember.
i was displeased with the way my things were returned to me after I traded items in. my basket was organized and everything folded when I took it in. when they gave the untraded items back my basket was a mess. unfolded, things shoved all over the place. horrible service!

I like this store, i shop here often. It is a lot better than all of the consignment and resale stores in the milwaukee area. Ive been to many other once upon a childs and this one is so much nicer. nicer clothes and a lot more clothes than anybody else has. I love it!

The prices for some things can be high,but you can really save on bigger items. Always come back to check later because they get new items in and can go down on prices.
