Today while shopping the clearance sale, the assistant manager accosted me in front of the store and accused me of stealing. She said her employee saw me put cloths in my pants and under my shirt, and demand to see my pants, pockets and under my shirt. There was nothing in my fitted cloths, nor any where to even hide anything. I had done nothing wrong, nor even anything suspicious. She did this in front of the store, in front of other customers. I LOVE this store. Their clothes are reasonably priced and they have brand name items. It is arguably one of my favorite places to go. Which, says a lot about me. :)They often have sales that allow the customer to purchase fantastic looking clothes for unbelievable prices. My only complaint is with the customer service. It is inconsistent. One day, you'll have the best customer service you've experienced in years. The next visit, horrible customer service. i was displeased with the way my things were returned to me after I traded items in. my basket was organized and everything folded when I took it in. when they gave the untraded items back my basket was a mess. unfolded, things shoved all over the place. horrible service!
