Lots of baby stuff best "once" I've ever been to
I LOVE this store. Their clothes are reasonably priced and they have brand name items. It is arguably one of my favorite places to go. Which, says a lot about me. :)They often have sales that allow the customer to purchase fantastic looking clothes for unbelievable prices. My only complaint is with the customer service. I walked in and was greeted by staff. I could tell it was a vet busy day for them. My shopping experience was in except fitting through the isles. My big problem was at check out. Only 2 girls were behind the whole counter while apparently the "team lead" was too busy with arranging bows and hats to help with a return I had as well. When she did come over she looked annoyed and i felt was quiet rude to ignore the customer and play with accessories. I waited 15mins to do a return. Love this store...my sons are 8 and 3. I have shopped there for 9 years. Always friendly.....always fair. I will continue to shop there as they always meet my needs. Thank you to the staff.
Im not sure about them loosing your credit, reciects but I would think you would get some copy of your own would you not? I know that every time i've had to purchase anything in there I've often found what I was looking for without any problems! ALTHOUGH THE YOUNG GIRLS SEEMED STRESSED AND TIRED SHORT STAFFED AND QUITE BUSY WITH NO MANAGER THERE (I HAD ASKED FOR) I feel they were doing there best... Very sad to see that your store has horrible reviews all over the web for POOR customer service. This used to be an awesome store. Now it is run by young girls who have no manners and no since of respect for the customer. You stand at the register to pay and they are all busy behind the counter and all of them just look at you and never say " be right with you" or "are you ready to check out" I don't know who is in charge but maybe they need to spend some time training their employees or themselves on better ways to run a bu... read more
Beware! They lost my store credit!! I went in last Saturday intending to use my store credit that was remaining from a previous time I had brought them merchandise. I was told there were 3 people with my name and asked which one I was. Since I was never asked to show any ID I thought perhaps one of the other persons with my name may have used it. Great place to buy and sell. I sold a jogger and clothes and bought some great items. I have been in the store on a Saturday and during the week. I always had great service. This is way easier than tagging clothes for a consignment or selling online. I will be back.
