I needed summer clothes for my daughter during covid 19. I did the virtual one on one shopping and our personal shopper was amazing! We found all the items needed/wanted in our half hour time slot. This was a great way to shop! Thank you so much.
I asked for clothes for my almost 1 year old. His birthday is coming soon. Hard to shop for clothes during COVID-19 stuff. I used messenger and someone replied fast. They did my shopping for me and they did thee best job ever. Whole thing was so fast and so exciting!!!
I needed some clothes for my kiddos and tried their box service during the stay at home madness. It was amazing! My “personal shopper” found exactly the clothes items I needed and helped me add a surprise for each child 🙌🏻 She was willing to look for book titles several different times and sent a photo of all items for approval. My experience was amazing and I may want to use this shopping method even after our stores reopen. I love our Once Upon A Child store!!

Love this store, they have awesome selections all the way from toys, cloths, strollers, bikes, cribs, books, etc.. everything you need!! I have stopped at other stores in different towns, and nothing compares to this store in Mankato. Great Team!! Thank you.
We came from out of town to bring clothes in for store credit. Got there around 11:15, an hour after they opened. We were told it would be 5 or 6 PM before they would get to our stuff. We had come up from Fairmont specifically to do store credit to buy new clothes for our daughters. The trip is an hour each way and we left our stuff there for 3 hours while shopping elsewhere to come back and them say it would still be another 2 1/2 hours.
