Kokomo beach house was the perfect spot! A very quick walk to the beach and in a nice residential neighborhood. The house was really clean, and the home itself is calmly decorated and thoughtfully furnished. A wonderful surprise was the split king adjustable bed in the first bedroom, a true game changer for my back issues! I somehow hadn’t realized that the 2 bedroom home had 2 separate, full bathrooms, another nice surprise. Best management company I have ever worked with. Always responsive and courteous. Resolutions to issues are quick and efficient. All the properties are clean and as represented on the web site. I rent usually twice a year from Once Upon a Beach.
It was our 3rd time in this perfect house called “A wave from it all”. It’s very clean, very well maintained. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, perfect layout, big dining table, well stocked kitchen, charming very private backyard and unbeatable location. We couldn’t not be happier. Intend to return the next year We couldn’t be happier with rental company as well
Once Upon a Beach staff were excellent! So accommodating and helpful. The house and location in Holmes Beach on AMI was amazing! We loved every minute of it!
