We had a lovely Christmas stay at Fin’s Up on Anna Maria Island and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We booked the property through Once Upon A Beach, and everything from start to finish was wonderful. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. There is a reason that there are only 5 star reviews on Google! We have had the pleasure of booking with Once Upon a Beach twice to vacation on Anna Maria Island. Both times have been amazing! All Decked Out and Sole Mate are beautiful updated homes. The pool areas are the best! The kitchens have all you need to cook, even though we did not utilize the kitchen because we wanted to explore as many restaurants on the island as we could. The home itself is spectacular. We stayed there with 11 female friends for a week and having a home with so many bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy and comfort. The kitchen was well appointed with many appliances and utensils that allowed us to do some light cooking. There was a problem with the microwave at the beginning of the second day. However, the management company sent someone out quickly and gave us a suitable replacement. A repairman was going to fix the existing microwave on the day that we left. Having th... read more

We currently have a home that is managed by Mike and Nikki, Once Upon a Beach. We needed a place to stay while we did some work on our property and they connected us with another home on the island. The home was perfect for our mini vacation and we appreciated the ability to be close to our home. All of the properties managed by Once Upon a Beach are super cute boutique style homes that make your stay on the island relaxing and comfortable. Thank you Mike and Nikki!
