The Cottage on Pine, which is only a few blocks from the beach, is absolutely lovely and meticulously clean! The private fenced backyard with an inground pool and putting green is the perfect family retreat!
This agency is small enough to give you individual attention, their properties are well-kept, and the team members are responsive and care about your stay. We had a great vacation and will use Once Upon A Beach in the future!
Our family had another fantastic experience with Once Upon A Beach last week. We stayed at Sol Mate, such a perfect match for us-relaxing, close to Bean Point and met all our needs. Sol Mate has become our vacation home and stayed there multiple times. The people at Once Upon are some of the best on AMI. Polite, professional and responsive!
Kokomo beach house was the perfect spot! A very quick walk to the beach and in a nice residential neighborhood. The house was really clean, and the home itself is calmly decorated and thoughtfully furnished. A wonderful surprise was the split king adjustable bed in the first bedroom, a true game changer for my back issues! I somehow hadn’t realized that the 2 bedroom home had 2 separate, full bathrooms, another nice surprise. Best management company I have ever worked with. Always responsive and courteous. Resolutions to issues are quick and efficient. All the properties are clean and as represented on the web site. I rent usually twice a year from Once Upon a Beach.
