Quite impressed. Competitive price, very fair. Easy process Came as described. i.e weight and condition (bought a 9ct gold chain) Only thing is the shipping being hand written instead of a digital label so less updates and was a little paranoid. Also wish they had an option to select insurance at checkout and pay for it at checkout.
Love my ring, delivery was quick and transaction seamless. I will be back!
