This is the WORST bridal store ever! Do NOT ever buy anything from them! We paid extra for my dresses to get here 1 week ago and now they cant find them and no one will ever call me back when I try to get information. My wedding is in 5 weeks and I'm afraid that now I am screwed. WORST STORE EVER. They will tell you that your dresses are stuck in customs but the real story is that the dress manufacturers hold the dresses because the bridal store doesnt pay their bill!!!

Not a horrible place, but definitely not one I would ever order my bridesmaid dresses from. I've gone in twice now to try on dress styles (they do have a large selection which is nice) but the customer service is AWFUL. The girls who work there act like I am inconveniencing them anytime I ask for a color sample, etc. I needed a price quote on a dress and the employee tells me that it will take about 10 minutes and that she would rather I call back than for her to do it right then. The staff quotes you one price speaks to the owner Ralene Hambicki gets her approval and when you go to the store they change the price and agreements. They set up an appointment for you dont show up and dont call. Treat you like dirt. The owner doesnt even have the courage to call you and stand up and face the music. Instead you are told thats why she has people working for her :( Bad buisness to deal with. DONT DO IT RUN. They will spoil your dream and dont even care. LIARS All she cares about is the $$$$$$$ Be warned
