They never answer their phone. They never return their voicemails. When a secretary actually does answer they say they will do something and then they leave you hanging. The nurses are very polite. Their front desk staff are too comfortable. Every time I have been in there I observe them texting or doing stuff on their cell phones while they let the phone ring to voicemail. How much do they really want my business?
Very attentive, polite, curtious and never behind on appointments! Highly recommend!
