Very welcoming dental office! Definitely felt right at home my very first visit. Staff is wonderful and caring. Hands down best dentist I ever been too! Highly recommend them! Wish I could give 10 stars!
Absolutely unprofessional. The receptionist will blame everything on everyone else to hide her own mistakes. That's not fair to Dr K because he is a good doctor but the amount of unprofessionalism she presents really makes this office look bad.
I’d give dr K a good review if it weren’t for his inconsistent and disorganized front desk staff. I have tried to schedule myself and my children appointments, but they eventually call me and tell me they need to cancel and reschedule us. Or they say “I’ll call you back later today to schedule” and they never call back. I also work at a dental office and we never say that to a patient. I had my son scheduled and I called the day of the appointment to make sure they did not cancel it (since they have been so disorganized in t... read more
I absolutely LOVE this dentist office!! I drive from Middle River just to come to this dentist office. They are very attentive and professional. Their customer service is impeccable!! The dentist is extremely pleasant and personal. I love that he gives recommendations and takes time out to educate me about my oral care. He is very knowledgeable about dentistry.
