Serious warning if you're thinking of using this shop. this was a few years ago but still valid. Even after deleting my last account, I felt the need to speak up. This shop made several incorrect part orders and repeatedly told us the vehicle was “ready”—only for it to break down within a mile of pickup. That happened more than once. The worst part? My family and I were traveling north from the cities and noticed we had extremely low pressure in 1 tire in Onamia. Although it was nearing closing on Friday, Onamia Service Center took the car in to inspect the tire(s) immediately and got us right back on the road, free of charge. Great people and very professional, accommodating service. I would highly recommend Onamia Service Center.
Want there to get a oil change. Upon getting that done they told me I need almost 3,000 dallors worth of stuff done. I want and took it to a very reliable mechanic in the area to check it over. He said I need one thing done that they mention but it wasn't that serious. He could not believe they tried to ripe me off. Stay far away from this place. I also had coworkers say to stay away from there.They think just because iam a girl they can see if they can ripe me off. Unbelievable.
Easy to make an appointment. Staff are polite. Work was completed in a timely manner. My vehicle appears/feels/sounds to be running well. Cost of repairs?, well, car repairs aren’t cheap. They’re about the same anywhere. I did have a coupon I’d received in the mail that knocked a few bucks off. Again,…nice people.
