Had appointment making me wait 1 week for them to come at their appointed time between 9 and 10am. They didn't show, didn't call, and after 10 when I called him back I got no answer, left phone message, and it's been 4 more days and they never called back or rescheduled so they made me waste a week and a half when I could have had someone else come.
