Onalaska Animal Hospital is fantastic. The staff is kind and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care. Dr. Macon is especially wonderful—he’s patient, thorough, and provides dedicated, compassionate care when it comes to my dog’s health and treatment. I never feel rushed and always feel confident my dog is in great hands. Highly recommend!
Apollo had been seen at different local vet for his entire 7 years of life with no issues until his last shots were due and I took him in for examination of a cyst that had recently developed. After that visit and never before requested at any other appointment ever, the vet was demanding that my dog be sedated while visiting the clinic. One of my kitties wasn’t doing well, and the place that he had been seen previously wouldn’t see him and instead suggested I visit Eau Claire for their emergency vet. Fortunately, I gave Onalaska Animal Hospital a call (fourth vet I tried!), and not only were they willing to see him even though they hadn’t seen him previously, but they got him in the same day.
