I had never heard of such a thing as “get stretched” I was in so much pain from piriformis. After 4 months I was struggling to walk. My friend gave me Ona’s number and after the 1st visit my pain was gone and only the tingling was left. After 2 months of her stretching me out I feel amazing. Way different then a massage this is for all those nerves that are tightened up from sitting all day or standing. I would recommend anyone to set an appointment with her she is so kind and very good at what she does.
Ona is a very caring, considerate, caregiver. She has been my Facsial massage therapist for a number of months and has done a great job keeping me stretched. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is very professional and just a great person.

Ona is wonderful. When I was struggling with severe sciatica pain, her tender care and knowledge of my condition was both a physical and mental relief.
