Ona is wonderful. When I was struggling with severe sciatica pain, her tender care and knowledge of my condition was both a physical and mental relief. After a stretching session with Ona I always feel so much better. I would highly recommend Ona for pain relief and flexibility improvement through gentle assisted stretching.
Ona is a wonderful person and so knowledgeable in her craft. She is gentle and kind and each session has me leaving rejuvenated and pain-free. I struggle with tight hips and this service has played a huge role in my stiffness and range of motion. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
Brought my daughter in for help with quad injury. Ona was able to get her stretched and able to move without pain. She found a way to work my daughter in with an extremely busy schedule. Would recommend to anyone looking for FST stretching.
She is great at what she does, I was having terrible sciatica problems and she helped relieve the pain in a few sessions, listens to your feed back and makes adjustments to improve your stretching and is very flexible with scheduling.
Ona is great! Her space is comfortable and peaceful. She is knowledgeable in how to move your body to relieve tension and help with mobility.
