Well equipped, friendly and great advice also classes are included in your membership. I'm really enjoying my membership here there's a good atmosphere and it feels friendly.
Best gym I've been to. The classes are amazing, up beat and get you working hard. All staff are really helpful on the floor especially with the weights.
Since taking over in June 2024, the new owners, Steve & Lisa are making lots of improvements. All the staff are super-helpful and the whole gym has a nice friendly and encouraging atmosphere. Not too busy either, unlike other local gyms! Update May 2025: Still loving this friendly local gym and the trainers have really helped me improve my fitness!
The Yes You Can Gym has truly been transformed since Lisa and Steve took over a year ago. They’ve worked tirelessly to make significant improvements to the facilities, creating a clean, modern, and welcoming environment.
