Hit my 40 horsepower tiller motor off rocks at our cottage due to low water that I bought 2 years ago from on your way home. Called them on monday and had the lower end, ordered and put in and ready for pickup by Friday. Great service runs perfect.Thanks for the great customer service also.
Purchased today what I was told to be a NEW Load Rite trailer for $2900.00. My wife brought it home and obvioulsy its USED - The sales rep even admitted in writing (post purchase) that the trailer was used to ferry boats on site. Bow roller is indented on its entire circumference, bow roller to protect the bottom of the boat is indented and cracked, chrome fenders scratched and rubber protector at the very back of the trailer is dented and had grease on it, jack wheel is embedded with gravel and chipped in multiple places. I just bought a new 9.9 Yamaha outboard engine. Kayla made things go very smoothly. She had everything ready for pickup and even filled the tank with gas. I'm very happy with my new motor. I'm still in break in stage and can hardly wait to fly down the river.
