This was our 3rd year at Willow Pond. It’s so peaceful having the horses outside your bedroom and the Willows surrounding the pond of the deck on the other side. We love the fire pit and playing cards in the gazebo. South Haven beaches are just a scenic 15 minutes away. We came right as new ownership was coming into management. Some nice upgrades have already been made- like new furniture, a stocked kitchen and grill ( i mean you have to bring food but spices and coffee were provided). We have been going to Willow Pond for 8 years. It became a family tradition. Lu was the manager at the time and was fantastic to work with. He treated us like family. The cottage was always immaculate and the grounds were gorgeous. We looked forward to it every year. Then it was managed by a couple. We noticed some changes but it was still nice. New Owners, but same amazing experience as the previous reviews all rave about! We stayed at the middle villa on the willow pond. The whole pond is right next to a horse farm so you can watch the horses all day. Every house has a private screened in gazebo and a dock with a little bench and a peddle boat you can use! The kitchen was extremely well stocked and equipped with tons of appliances like coffee pot, toaster and a blender and all the cups, plates, bowls, utensils you could need plus even coffee, sugar and creamer! Had a great time staying in the cabin and seeing the horses. Host's are fantastic people! Booking for next year already.
