My personal experience with this place has been awesome. Everybody I interacted with here was professional and was willing to help me get exactly what I was looking for. I felt this place and the people were fair and straightforward. It was very easy to do business here. I had a very specific request as I was looking to help my girlfriend switch to an electric car, and On Wheels went out of their way to accommodate and help us accomplish that goal.
I found them on Cargurus, went down to see a 3015 Audi Q5 138k miles, never test drove, gave it a once over, and started it. We made a deal and I bought it that day. Came back a few days later to pick it up, and it drove home. It has been over 30 days, and let me tell you the issues I have had......not one issue. The exterior, great, interior great, runs fine, tires are good. None of the normal concerns have come up with a car of that age and mileage. 10 out of 10 experience. Will be back
Buying a car here is like buying a car from Joe Biden. These corrupt clowns. The better Business bureau has been called.
I had the car for 2 days and engine light came on. They had it towed to their shop and had it for a week. Picked up my car less than 24 hours ago and now check engine light is Blinking and so I can’t drive it. It’s stuck at my job and I can’t get a hold of anyone at the shop after numerous attempts. Edit: Car died and they said a tow was being sent immediately and yet no one ever came! Edit again: tow finally came after 2 days. They’ve had my car since then. My experience with On Wheels Shrewsbury was a very positive one. Despite ultimately not purchasing a vehicle, Mike was fantastic throughout and even after, knowing that a sale was not in the cards. Mike is a genuine guy who is truly interested in helping people. For anyone accusing these guys of chasing the dollar, I can vouch that is not the case. On Wheels has a solid inventory of vehicles and high character employees.
