The staff is friendly & I've never had any issues using everything they offer. The matter washing machine dies a good job and can always run the mat through a second time if needed. They are not dripping wet when they come out. I put them on the concrete by the vacuum cleaner to finish drying while I clean the interior of my car.
The people were friendly and the supplies were full. I bought a lower package and wasn't completely satisfied so I will try and upper package next time.
Got the bugs off of my 2005 Jaguar XJ8L.
