I have a membership here for two cars, and I have been very pleased with the results — until recently. I’ve been out on the interstate and have collected quite a few bugs on the front of my car, and the set-up at OnTrack does a very poor job of cleaning the very front of the car. I spoke with the manager and asked about a power wash wand like other places offer and he said they can’t do that if anyone else is in the tunnel. I think this is the best car wash in Springfield. I have been using it exclusively for about two years. It’s clean, and they keep their equipment in good working condition. I never have to rewash or wipe off missed spots.
