OTOW rental management did a great job! We rented a house for a year, sight unseen, on the 10th fairway, and it was so nice! Anytime we had an issue, maintenance came right over. That would be Shawn, the best maintenance man I ever saw! He can fix anything! And so nice! It was a true pleasure to rent a home here. We had to move because the owner decided to sell the house.
Skyrocketing HOA fees every year but meanwhile Ken colen has no problem building out 5,000 homes over in calesa plus a 24 million Aquatic Center a 20 to 30 million plus Charter School a multi-million dollar Church with no problems whatsoever yet every year is a constant High monthly increase in the HOA fees doesn't really make any sense to anybody and is making residents pretty much hate on top of the world because on top of the world is becoming way too expensive with the HOA fees it is becoming unaffordable unappealing und... read more
