all colen does,the president of on to of the world is raise up the HOA fees yearly while taking in well over 35 million a year in HOA fees already and well over 5 million a year in water and sewer fees,while colen builds a 24 million dollar aquatic center in calesa,and probably a 10 million plus dollar charter school in calesa,a church and eventually a 5000 home build out in calesa. Neighborhoods were like a ghost town, like stepping into the twilight zone
I love living in OTOW. Lots of amenities, beautiful homes, great people. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is the internet (Bridgenet) is an unreliable service. Cell phone coverage is awful here too. Hopefully this will be remedied in the near future. At that time, I will update my review to 5 stars.
