Didnt end up moving forward with the inspection but they still pointed me in the right direction for what I needed so I respect the customer service
I have completed numerous repairs for clients in the Kelowna area that were initiated by the inspections reports completed by On Top (meaning: I was contacted by the client directly after the report was provided to them. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the report and the fact that Troy fixed a few minor items while he was up on the roof doing the inspection. The report arrived the day after the inspection. Money well spent and I would have no hesitation to recommend this firm.
We were dismayed to find that our 10-year-old roof was leaking because of the poor workmanship of the roofers that did the job. We then had to struggle with the choice between either fixing or replacing it.
