What a great team! James & Misty really know how to take care of their customers. I had my system installed 2 years ago and experienced an issue that was resolved very quickly due to James's extensive trouble shooting experience. I stopped in one afternoon for some advice on my Sync system in my F150. James was super busy but took the time to hear my symptoms in the truck. He went back inside the shop and grabbed a couple tools and within 10 minutes, I was fixed up. Super impressed with service. I certainly will be back.
Had OTA install an Alpine power pack at their recommendation. In the process they bypassed the factory amp and gave life to all 6 of my speakers. Very pleased with their work and their customer service. Would definitely use them again. Thanks Again OTA!
Very good experience at On Top Audio. James spent time going over the different sound system options, helped me decide on what would be best for my expectations and pocket book. He even went as far as to upgrade my subs (to my surprise) for free to get the sound right. Impeccable customer service. Highly recommend.
I am highly pissed off! I made a few calls to a few places around town inquiring about window tint for my vehicle. James was the first one to call back with an estimate and although he was not the cheapest, I still decided to go with him because I believe in the "you get what you pay for" theory. I dropped my car off at 9am and it was up there all day.
