Just had a terrific experience with this company. The people on the phone were courteous and professional and the installer did a terrific job installing the new water heater. I’ve replaced my own water heaters in the past but just didn’t feel like doing it this time. I was concerned that someone other than myself would cut corners or do the job less better than myself. Absolutely fabulous service from this company. From scheduling to finish, all the service I received was efficient and friendly. On Time Water Heater Repair & Plumbing tech came out and thoroughly assessed my issues. He was honest about what was truly needed at this time (considering my limited budget). He also gave me great advice and suggestions for what I could do to prevent further damage until I have the budget to remodel the bathroom. I had a very positive experience with On Time Water Heater Repair & Plumbing and their Technician. Our old unit sprung a serious leak on Sunday, and I called their main line and a real human answered. The collected the information needed and got me scheduled for Monday Morning. They texted me confirmation and their technician called when he was on his way. He arrived on time and assessed the replacement, had the new unit and parts. I called for a technician and they had someone here within the hour. The tech had a replacement on his truck so it was great he didn’t need to leave & come back.
