My company called here on 05/18/26 was having a coolant sensor issue, I replaced that myself still didn’t seem to be the issue. So came here they figured out the issue fairly quick. Went to get my load, & came back. They got the part right away within 45 min. The repair took about a hour. Fast, fairly priced, & out the door in very reasonable time same day with a couple hours. Sheeesh, I don’t know where to start, and well first and foremost this is a fair warning to fellow truck drivers and fleet owners: be very cautious when dealing with On Time Truck Repair. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. It felt like parts were simply cleaned up to make it look like work was done, but the actual issue with my truck was never properly fixed.
