This review is the opinion of the patient. On Time Transport was supposed to arrive at the hospital at 5:10pm to transport me from hospital to a Rehab Facility, but did not arrive until sometime after 6:00pm. Then I wasn't taken until about 7:30pm. When a family member asked one of the workers, why are they so late because I was supposed to go to Rehab at 5:10pm and visiting hours are over 8:00pm, so now we won't be able to help get our 90 year old Mother settle in. The call in service is rude and nasty. They have repeatedly tried to overcharge the service. Thankfully my son has records of the exchange. I would advise all to find another transport service.
Terrible transportation service. Patient came in for a 10 minute visit which we made the transport aware of. They still left the elderly patient here who will now wait at least another hour before picking her back up. Totally inconsiderate
They lost my 98-year old mother's personal belongings in a short trip from RWJ Somerset hospital to her nursing home. This included a small plastic container with her dentures. She is suffering for their incompetence.
Worst possible for timing ...On Time Transport is NOT on time!! Hours and hours and hours of waiting!!
