Please call before you come. Came to the location on a Monday after 9AM. No one answer the phone and the door locked. Such an inconvenience.
I really wanted to support this buisness, however the woman working there refuse to call her supervisor for clarification even with the car dealership rep on the phone encouraging her to do the same. She declined, and bided me a good day. I took the same documents to the DMV with no problem. I told them what I just experienced at this place and she told me she didnt know why and the person should have called a supervisor if she wasnt sure. Everything they needed was right there. We needed to get some documents notarized asap and the bank sent us to this company. There was no line and the rep was friendly and efficient. Every time I go to the bank to get something notarized, I would have to wait at least 20 minutes to get seen. We were in and out in about 5 min and the price was great too. I will definitely go here to save time! No complaints and now I know where to go or where to send someone if I need something notarized.
Super helpful staff. Went to drop off my tags so I could get a receipt, and not have to deal with the MVA. Took 5 minutes from handing them over to getting my receipt. They were also super up front that I would be charged if I dropped them off here vs it being free if I went to the MVA directly. I was expecting the charge, but it was nice they didn’t try to hide the fact you could get it done free elsewhere.
