Jen S. was phenomenal and really the whole experience from the beginning was a pleasure. Scheduling and follow ups were seamless thanks to Alexa and the office team and when it came time to do the work, Jen gave a thorough explanation of pricing, procedure and next steps. She then cleaned 3 big arm chairs, leaving no corner unturned. The chairs look as clean as they did on day 1. Thanks, Jen, for a job well done!
Evderyone here is extremely polite, so that is the extra star. But they sent out a technician (extremely nice guy) who told me he would have to take my roman shades off site to clean—but then made it clear he would not be able to put them back up. So why would I let you take them? At every step of the way, I told the people on the phone that I had Roman shades and even sent them photos of the shades and its hardware. 10/10 experience. They responded to my inquiry within 10 minutes, got onsite within a week, and even sent me progress pictures during service. My floors are good as new and I can't wait to use them for our quarterly floor cleaning. They are AMAZING to work with!
