Evderyone here is extremely polite, so that is the extra star. But they sent out a technician (extremely nice guy) who told me he would have to take my roman shades off site to clean—but then made it clear he would not be able to put them back up. So why would I let you take them? At every step of the way, I told the people on the phone that I had Roman shades and even sent them photos of the shades and its hardware.
